Chef Janae SeQuoi is a Trinidadian-Guyanese American pastry chef & food stylist based in Brooklyn, New York. She built her career in some of New York City’s most renowned restaurants, including Nobu, The Modern, Dovetail, and Lincoln Ristorante. Her experience includes creating and preparing dessert menu items, researching and developing recipes.
Chef Janae SeQuoi has made a name for herself as a pastry chef working various events and productions, tailoring recipes and menus for the Oscars, Martha Stewart vineyard, Ted Talk Convention, Coachella festival, Sundance Film Festival and private celebrity functions. She’s worked closely with the likes of Ghetto Gastro and Chef JJ.
